A confidential employer is looking for an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to join a full-time, on-site team in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on hands-on work with Gigamon systems, so it suits IT professionals who already know how to set up and fix network visibility tools.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Gigamon systems for the client’s network.
  • Troubleshoot Gigamon systems when problems happen on site.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of overall IT experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Gigamon systems.

  • CCNA or an equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Gigamon certification is an advantage.
  • GigaVUE-FM experience is an advantage.
