Fusion Outsourcing & Services is currently seeking candidates for a significant role in the Oil & Gas industry.

Position: Offshore Site Lifting Specialist Duration: 6 months

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the lifting and handling industry, preferably at a supervisory level.
  • Mandatory OPITO certifications: LCP (LOLER Competent Person), Banksman Slinger OPITO Level 3 or 4, Rigger OPITO Level 3 or 4, Rigging Loft Management, NSL LEI-6 Lifting Equipment Inspection.
  • Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of handling and lifting equipment and operations.
  • Familiarity with international standards such as BS, LOLER, and more.
  • Demonstrated experience within the Oil & Gas Industry, encompassing both onshore and offshore operations.
  • Previous roles including Rigger, Rigger Foreman, Rigging Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor, or Lifting Superintendent.
  • Proficiency in conducting risk assessments related to health, safety, and environmental concerns.
  • Proven track record in overseeing critical and heavy lifts.
  • Preferred experience in delivering training and coaching to team members.
  • Prior completion of H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings is advantageous.
