Marketing Executive

We are hiring a creative and commercially driven Marketing Executive to join a growing hospitality team in Qatar. The role suits someone who understands restaurant and café businesses and knows how to attract customers, build strong brands, and turn marketing work into measurable sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and carry out marketing plans for restaurants, cafés, and hospitality brands.
• Plan campaigns, promotions, seasonal offers, and brand activations.
• Manage social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Create content ideas, organise photoshoots, and oversee digital marketing materials.
• Work with influencers, food bloggers, media partners, and agencies.
• Plan restaurant launches, openings, events, and promotions.
• Monitor online reviews, reputation, and campaign KPIs and budgets.
• Work with restaurant operations teams to match marketing with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality.
• Good understanding of Qatar’s food and beverage market and local consumer behaviour.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, branding, and influencer marketing.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
