🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of Learning & Development programs aligned with business needs.
- Develop and manage competency frameworks, learning paths, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement effective learning systems and solutions.
- Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Drive employee engagement by designing and executing an annual survey, analyzing feedback, and implementing strategic actions.
- Oversee rewards and recognition initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all positions aligned with the organizational structure.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in L&D, Talent Management, or HR Development.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in designing performance and engagement frameworks.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
