A company in Doha is hiring an experienced Kitchen & Maintenance Technician to keep kitchen equipment working well. The role covers F&B outlets, staff accommodation, stores and apartments across the city.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain hot and cold kitchen equipment.
  • Find and fix equipment faults through troubleshooting.
  • Carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Keep digital maintenance records, PPM reports and checklists up to date.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment or Maintenance Technician.
  • Hands-on knowledge of hot and cold kitchen equipment.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, hospitality or F&B is preferred.
  • Currently living in Qatar.
  • Transferable visa with NOC.
  • Able to start immediately.
