Kitchen Butcher

We are hiring a Kitchen Butcher for a meat preparation job in Qatar. The role is based at a central kitchen and suits candidates who know how to cut, trim and prepare fresh meat for daily kitchen use.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim and debone beef, lamb, chicken and other meats.
• Prepare meat portions neatly and on time for the kitchen team.
• Work inside the central kitchen and keep the work area clean.
• Follow food handling and hygiene rules at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Kitchen Butcher.
• Experience in meat cutting, trimming and deboning.
• Ability to prepare beef, lamb, chicken and other meats.
• Ability to work well in a central kitchen setting.
• Good communication skills.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
