IRIS STAR Technologies Qatar is hiring an IT Recruiter for a full-time role in Qatar. This is a good chance for a results-driven recruiter who knows the IT job market and enjoys finding strong technical candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full IT recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other channels.
  • Find and recruit IT professionals for different technical positions.
  • Carry out first interviews and check candidates’ technical skills and suitability.
  • Arrange interviews between candidates, clients and hiring managers.
  • Keep candidate databases and recruitment trackers up to date.
  • Follow up with candidates and clients on time.
  • Meet recruitment targets and closing deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies, job roles and technical skill sets.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, screening and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle several requirements and work under tight deadlines.
  • Only candidates who are locally available in Qatar are considered. Immediate joiners are preferred.
