Valence Group is looking for an HR Recruitment Officer to join its team in Qatar. This is a full-time HR job with an immediate start date, suited to an experienced recruiter who understands how hiring works in fast-paced service businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Find and source restaurant staff for open positions.
  • Screen candidates and check that they match the role.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from first contact to hiring.
  • Work closely with the business to understand its staffing needs.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting in the restaurant and hospitality sectors.
  • Strong skills in restaurant staff sourcing.
  • Strong recruitment and candidate-screening skills.
