Are you passionate about human resources and dedicated to fostering a positive work environment? Safir Hotels – Doha is searching for an experienced HR Coordinator to support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant HR administrative role.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
