HR & Admin Coordinator

A restaurant group in The Pearl, Doha, Qatar is looking for a well-organized HR & Admin Coordinator to join its growing team. This HR job in Doha, Qatar suits someone who enjoys keeping people operations running smoothly across several restaurant outlets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documents.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, attendance, overtime and deductions.
• Handle WPS submissions on time and accurately.
• Keep employee records, attendance, leave and payroll information up to date.
• Coordinate visa processing, QID renewals, employment contracts and other HR formalities.
• Support staff accommodation, transport and general administrative arrangements.
• Make sure HR practices follow Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
• Give daily HR and admin support to multiple restaurant outlets.

Requirements

• Previous HR and administration experience in Qatar, ideally in hospitality or restaurants.
• Practical knowledge of payroll processing, WPS and salary calculations.
• Good understanding of Qatar Labour Law, visa procedures and HR paperwork.
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage several priorities and keep information confidential.
• Candidates already living locally in Qatar are preferred.
