Furniture Workers and Sales Staff (Multiple Positions)

Al Jameel is hiring experienced candidates for several furniture and carpet roles in Qatar. This is an immediate hiring opportunity with multiple positions open, so you can check the list below and apply for the job that fits your skills best.

Responsibilities

• Finishing carpenters: complete furniture finishing, woodwork and polishing.
• Upholstery workers: make sofas, fix fabric and finish furniture.
• Upholstery supervisor: lead workshop staff and manage production.
• Social media specialist: create content, take photos, shoot videos and manage social media accounts.
• Furniture salespersons: sell furniture to customers.
• Carpet makers and fixers: make and install commercial carpets and flooring.

Requirements

• Finishing carpenters and upholstery workers: at least 1 year of experience. Carpenters need experience in Qatar.
• Upholstery supervisor: at least 2 years of supervisory experience and knowledge of upholstery, woodwork and furniture-making machines.
• Social media specialist: previous Gulf experience and Arabic language skills.
• Furniture salespersons: furniture sales experience. One role needs a valid Qatar QID; both need a valid Qatar driving licence.
• Carpet makers and fixers: experience in commercial carpet making and installation.
