Qualifications & Experiences:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Interior Design Fit-Out based construction industry.
- Proficiency in generating and reviewing detailed shop drawings and material submittals.
- Strong multitasking abilities, analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
- Confident and clear communication skills (both oral and written).
- A flexible approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify improvements.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Flexible team player with excellent time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be locally available in Qatar and able to join immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the construction of interior spaces in commercial or residential settings.
- Coordinate the site to ensure timely and accurate management of Design work for assigned client projects.
- Actively participate in design selection and contracting.
- Monitor design work to ensure correctness, completeness, and compliance with the scope.
- Maintain records of submittals and control the timely processing of received submittals/correspondence.
- Evaluate and endorse variation orders/concession requests for client approval.
- Review and comment on all submitted drawings and documents, ensuring incorporation of all revisions.
- Coordinate with the team for technical support to ensure the completeness of design aspects.
- Review and report to the client all monthly reports, including areas of concern and recommended plans of action.
- Propose alternative materials/systems through value engineering workshops to improve design operation and construction cost.
- Manage and monitor the work during the construction stage.
- Ensure compliance with processes for designer’s work review, deviation monitoring and analysis, and remedial actions.
- Coordinate closely with Project Manager and Site engineers to review and approve all site design work.
- Synergize with the project commissioning team to ensure meticulous commissioning for world-class quality delivery.
- Manage client relationships throughout all stages of the project.
- Advise clients on design issues and remedial actions in case of deviations.
