Financial Controller

Noqoody Payment Services is looking for a Financial Controller to join its team. This Financial Controller job in Doha, Qatar suits an experienced finance professional who can keep financial reporting accurate, timely and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) on financial reporting, regulatory requirements and compliance submissions.
• Oversee daily financial operations, accounting activities and financial controls.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance and budget variances.
• Make sure accounting standards, tax rules and regulatory obligations are followed.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial policies and risk management procedures.
• Work with external auditors, banks and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Lead and support the finance team to deliver accurate and timely reports.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial control, accounting or financial management.
• Experience in fintech, payment services or financial services is highly preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CMA are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
