Facilities Management Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management Operation Manager to join our team in Qatar. This role suits a senior professional who can lead large facility contracts and manage technical teams across the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage large facilities management contracts from start to finish.
• Lead and guide FM teams and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Plan and track preventive planned maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and report performance to management.
• Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and ELV works.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 15 years of overall experience, including 7+ years in GCC FM operations.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and ELV systems.
• Experience managing large FM contracts, teams, PPM, KPIs and SLAs.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID.
