Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating and organizing of QAFCO events, the participation of QAFCO in internal/ external conferences, exhibitions and campaigns.
- Writing and producing presentations and reports.
- Recording Minutes of Meeting/Updating Documents/ Maintain Filing and Inventory.
- Coordinate the handling and movement of items from and to, the PR Stores.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of PR items.
- Should Have a Valid Qatari Driving License, or is able to obtain one.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations or Business Management with minimum 5
years’ experience in events and protocol or a related field in a reputable
organization.
Communication
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Positive attitude to work in a multicultural environment.
Skills Required
- MS Office advanced knowledge.
- Ability to write business or technical reports, presentations or relevant
- correspondences.
- Effective teamwork.
