Leaders Training Centre in Doha, Qatar is looking for a Course Counselor / Sales Associate. In this full-time role, you will guide prospective students, promote our training programmes and help with student enrolment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective students and their parents.
  • Explain the available courses and training programmes.
  • Guide students towards the most suitable course.
  • Turn enquiries into enrolments.
  • Support marketing campaigns.
  • Keep accurate student enquiry records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of outbound sales experience.
  • Experience in education or international sales campaigns is preferred.
  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
