Collection Officer

Zero One Solutions is looking for a Collection Officer for a job in Doha, Qatar. This role is open to female candidates and focuses on managing customer payments and following up on outstanding accounts in a professional way.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to discuss and collect outstanding payments.
• Communicate clearly with customers in Arabic and English.
• Keep accurate records of payments and collection activity.
• Use MS Office and Excel to prepare reports and track accounts.
• Work towards monthly collection targets (KPIs).

Requirements

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Born in Qatar and holding family sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a financial services institution.
• Good skills in MS Office and Excel.
• Strong customer communication and collection skills.
