Camp Security Guard

Al Khalaf Group is looking for a Camp Security Guard to join its team in Qatar. This is a security job for people who are responsible, disciplined and alert. If you have experience protecting labour camps or staff accommodation, this role could suit you well.

Responsibilities

• Watch and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors and vehicles.
• Carry out regular security patrols around the camp premises.
• Keep security records, visitor logs and incident reports up to date.
• Make sure camp rules and regulations are followed.
• Report suspicious activity, safety concerns or emergencies to management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in security services, preferably in labour camps or staff accommodation.
• Experience with access control, visitor management and security patrolling.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Physically fit, disciplined and trustworthy.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Knowledge of basic fire safety and emergency response procedures.
• Qatar security experience and MOI-approved training or permit is an advantage.
