Brite Consult is looking for an experienced CAD Operator to join its team in Qatar. This is a full-time technical job for someone who knows Gerber AccuMark well and understands how garments are made. The role suits people who want to work in pattern making and garment production.

Responsibilities

  • Create and digitize patterns using Gerber AccuMark.
  • Grade patterns and apply grade rules correctly.
  • Prepare markers with a focus on saving fabric and improving yield.
  • Change patterns when fitting requirements call for it.
  • Check technical details and make sure quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Gerber AccuMark.
  • Good knowledge of manual pattern making, drafting and paper pattern alterations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a garment manufacturing factory.
  • Good understanding of fabric behaviour, including shrinkage.
  • Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy and good teamwork.
  • You must currently be living in Qatar.
