Leaders Training Centre is looking for a Business Development / Sales Executive to join its team in Doha. The role focuses on finding new business, generating leads and promoting training programmes to both individual and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective students and corporate clients.
  • Promote training courses and programmes.
  • Generate new business leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Work towards monthly revenue targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of outbound or corporate sales experience.
  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work towards sales targets.
  • Must be available in Doha for immediate joining.
