Accountant

Leaders Training Centre is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join its team in Doha, Qatar. The role covers day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements.
• Manage reconciliations and review the trial balance.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
• Maintain internal financial controls.
• Support audits and statutory compliance.
• Monitor financial performance.

Requirements

• A professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CMA.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Audit firm experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience with internal controls and audit procedures.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Qatar or able to relocate at short notice.
