We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time HR job suits someone who can handle many parts of human resources work, from hiring new staff to keeping the company within labour rules.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new employees
  • Handle employee relations and everyday staff concerns
  • Manage HR administration and keep employee documents up to date
  • Support performance management processes
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits with the relevant teams
  • Maintain HR policies and make sure the company follows the rules

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
