Our client is looking for an HR / Recruitment Officer to join a healthcare-focused team. This is a job in Qatar for someone with solid experience in hiring, especially for nurses and allied health staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to final hiring.
  • Handle Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) license applications.
  • Recruit healthcare professionals, with a focus on nurses and allied health roles.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Experience running the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred, especially for nurses and allied health professionals.
  • Experience with DHP license applications is required.
  • You must be locally available in Qatar.
  • You must hold a valid NOC.
  • Immediate joining is required.
